Massage By Mara

At Massage By Mara we offer clients therapeutic massage combined with a unique experience of healing and relaxation therapy. We promote the concept of total wellness through wholisitic therapies that are natural, hands on and drug free. As caring professionals we create a atmosphere during treatment where the focus of the session is totally on the needs of the patient.  

We don’t offer a clinical massage where 60 minutes mean 55 minutes hand on. A 60 minute massage begins when the therapist puts her hands on you.  We don’t book appointments back to back. We promote an environment where there is no pressure so if you are few minutes late or we need to spend some more time with you the opportunity is there.

Mara Berkowitz  a  Licensed Massage Therapist serving the community for over 11 years. Mara specializes in deep tissue, medical massage, stretching, pregnancy massage and energy work. She is also a Reiki Master. Mara is also a recent graduate of the New York College Of Traditional Chinese Medicine where she received a Masters of Science Degree in Acupuncture She is a NYS licensed acupuncturist and a diplomat of the NCCAOM(National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine)
